Zoning Commission
(lt to rt): William Strayer, Jim Kennedy, Diane Ohns, Andy Howard, Gary Kuns, Jr. and Tom Baker.
The six-member board meets at the Administrative Office, 4335 Albon
Road, on the second Monday of every month at 6:00 PM. The Commissioners
are non-elected officials who serve staggered five-year terms and
are residents of the Monclova Township community.
Commissioners are charged with the responsibility of acting on requests
for changes to zoning classifications, changes to the text of our
resolution and recommending action to the Board of Trustees. They also
act on site plan submissions. The specific text concerning the Zoning
Commission and the public hearing process can be found in Section
13 of the Monclova Township Zoning Resolution.
